Dark Chocolate Vanilla Cookies

Ingredients
2 Heaping cups All-purpose Flour
3/4 cup Cocoa Powder
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 1/4 cup Butter, melted
2 cups Granulated Sugar
3 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 Large Eggs
2 cups Vanilla Frosting (homemade or tub from store)

Directions
Combine the Flour, Cocoa Powder and Baking Powder in a medium bowl.

Beat the Butter and Sugar about 3 minutes, or until a bit thickened. Add the Vanilla and Eggs and beat until incorporated.

Add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture and beat until it’s all well-combined.

Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and put in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

When ready to finish cookies, preheat oven to 350 Degrees F.

If the frosting is really firm, warm it in the microwave a few seconds until it’s easily stirred. Add slowly to the cookie dough and stir in. Important: Just add bits at a time, in case it turns out to be more than you’d like. More = less chocolatey. Also, don’t mix it in 100% – keep it ‘swirled’.

Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until edges are pretty firm. Enjoy your moist and yummy cookies, probably with a cold glass of milk!
