Brio Remote Control Travel Train
I have three boys – which means there’s a LOT of train love in our house! From building tracks, to driving loads in the train cars, to pretending to blow the horn, they love it. I knew they’d love the new Brio Remote Control Travel Train & Countryside Horse Set

I’ll admit, even I like to get down and build the track sets with my kids – it’s fun to see what twists and turns, hills and obstacles they come up with! First we set up the Countryside Horse Set, which includes a regular train (not remote controlled), tracks, farm building, white fences, boulders and trees.
It also came with a figure and horse with saddle. I think their favorite feature was the ‘washer’ that’s in the barn thing – and spent forever having the guy ‘wash’ the horse. Cute!
The sheets shows a TON of other add-ons you can get for it, from tracks and train cars, to figures and props.
It took a bit to get the train out – it does have those twistie things around the tires so tight that it was about 30 minutes just to get it out. But once it’s out, just pop 2 AA batteries into the train and 2 into the remote, and you’re good to go!
My kids LOVED that it had ‘real lights’ on front. The included person fits perfectly into the back passenger car.
You do need to make sure the remote faces the train, so it can connect. Also be SURE your kiddos turn them to ‘off’ when they’re done, otherwise the batteries will die quickly staying connected, even when not in use.
I was glad the train cars attached via a neat magnet, instead of those hook thingies that can be a huge headache (and break easily). My kids can handle the connecting/reordering of the cars all by themselves! You can nab your own Brio Remote Control Travel Train or the Countryside Horse Set and let your kiddos build their own little world today!
