Can A Teddy Bear Change The World?
I received Bears for Humanity pals to facilitate this review. All opinions are mine alone.
While you’re doing all your holiday shopping this year, why not choose a gift that’s not only adorable, but also goes further to support one of several charitable organizations? This is how Bears for Humanity pals answer the question ‘Can a Teddy Bear Change the World?‘ Guess what – YES they can!
How many items can you buy where you actually DOUBLE your purchase? Not many, I bet! When you purchase a teddy bear from Bears For Humanity™, you have the delightful task of choosing a charity – because your purchase instantly doubles as a gift for a child in need! And guess what? They PERSONALLY deliver it to it’s destination, whether it’s a needy veteran’s house, a children’s hospital or an underprivileged household.
There’s two sizes to choose from – 16” Premium Bear($39.99) and 7” Baby Bear (19.99). You can choose between the FIVE color choices shown on the Bears for Humanity website. You can see the 2 founders and their own kiddos talking about their amazing mission in this short video.
And what else is great besides spreading love and teddy bears to those in need? These bears are SUPER SOFT and the only 100% Certified Organic Cotton/ Hemp teddy bears in the world! Wow, right? Some of my kids have very sensitive skin, especially one of my twins; these are perfect for him to snuggle with at night with no worries because they’re naturally antibacterial and hypoallergenic.
The large Premium bears have poseable limbs, making it even more fun for kids. I love the cute names that accompany each different color choice:
- Sammie—iconic beige
- Snugglie—chocolate brown
The 7″ bears don’t have the poseable limbs, but are the perfect size for a kid’s travel companion or sleeping buddy. Now, want to see which charities you can choose from that the second bear can be donated to?
- Toys for Tots
- Expect Miracles Foundation
- Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital
- One Simple Wish
- Save the Children
- Semper Fi
I love the mission and quality of these bears, and can only imagine the joy on a child in need’s face as they receive one for themselves thanks to the kindness of another!
Let’s change the world, one teddy bear at a time!
