Lemony Greek Chicken
4 Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
4 tbsp. Olive Oil
4 Garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black pepper
2 tbsp. Lemon juice
1/4 Red Onion, sliced
1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
Slice the Chicken into bite-sized pieces. Place in a bowl or ziploc bag. In a bowl, mix the Olive Oil, Garlic, Oregano, Salt, Pepper and Lemon Juice. Add to chicken. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Add chicken and marinade to a heated skillet and add the Red Onion, Green Pepper and Red Pepper. Cook over medium-high heat until chicken is cooked through.
Serve over rice, if desired. Enjoy!
