Superhero Girl Bookmarks for Valentine’s Day
We love any reason to geek out over here, so I jump at every opportunity to bring you some nerdy fun. Today, I’m sharing round two of some awesome superhero bookmarks – this time Superhero Girl Bookmarks for Valentine’s Day! You can see the first post here for the boy version and to get your free printable of those. I loved them so much, that I didn’t want the little ladies to be left out. And let’s face it, as a mom, I love to encourage reading whenever I can and if a superhero bookmark will do that, then I am all for it!
If you plan to give these to your kids for Valentine’s Day, I would suggest including a book from their favorite series and a piece of candy or two to round things out and you’ve got the perfect gift for Supergirl.
Just like the boy version, these are best printed on nice heavy-duty cardstock. I also added a fun ribbon accent for this version, but you certainly don’t have to if you don’t want to. (You could even put your own Supergirl in charge of decorating them once she’s done filling them out for her friends! 😉 )
If you’re concerned about durability, I would also suggest laminating them for a little extra oomph. (This would be a good idea if you’re gifting them to a teacher.)
Our Black Widow can’t wait to pass these Superhero Girl Bookmarks out to her friends at school – and personally, I like that it’s a nice non-candy Valentine option. You could even print a set of these and a set of the Superhero Boy Bookmarks and give them to the teacher as a fun classroom gift – maybe with a couple of new inexpensive books for the classroom? I know our kid’s teachers would love that.
