Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Garlic
Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 4-6 tablespoons olive oil (extra-virgin)
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Preheat the oven at 400 degrees, then trim the Brussels sprouts at the bottom and cut them in half. Place them in the pan cut side down, then season them and add the garlic in as well. Cook until they brown, then roast on high heat while shaking the pan.
