Your Children Will Love These Delicious Natural Juices

Natural fruit juices are a big no-no for many inexperienced parents. Fearing obesity and the harmful effects of sugar, parents rarely give their children natural fruit juices. This is wrong, of course. Sodas and juices bought in a market are surely harmful, but natural fruit juices you’ve prepare yourself are great for your children.

What Does Science Say?

Experts recommend avoiding fruit juices when your baby is less than 6 months old. You can give them 100 ml. per day after that up to an age of 12 months. If your kid is aged 1-6 years, they can have less than 200 ml. of natural fruit juice per day. For children over 7, the recommended dose is 350 ml. per day.
