Ingredients

  • cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce (Low- Sodium can be used as well)
  • cup White Sugar
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Rice Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Fresh Ginger Root (Grated Finely)

Instructions

  • Combined all ingredients into a sauce pan and stir to combine.
  • Bring mixture to a simmer and lower heat to medium-low and simmer for 30 mins.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool for at least 1 hour to thicken.
  • Enjoy on your favorite protein!
