Use frozen lobster tails - Cook thawed tails in boiling water, for about 5 minutes.
If your lobster still has the shell, remove the shell, and remove the meat from the tail. Slice the meat into 1-inch pieces and set aside
Step 2 - Prepare Butter Sauce
In a large pan, melt butter and add mushrooms and cook until brown and reduced. about 3-5 mins.
Add in one minced clove of Garlic and honey. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Remove from heat.
Step 3 - Prepare Noodles
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook your noodles to the package instructions.
While the noodles are cooking in a large sauté pan, heat your avocado oil over medium heat and add the rest of the garlic. Cook until fragrant about 30 -60 seconds.
Add the lobster meat and sauté for about a min, until it's heated through.
Drain the noodles and add them to the lobster mixture.
Pour the butter sauce over the noodles and add Parmesan Cheese and stir to combine.
Serve hot and enjoy!

Cooking your lobster - In a large kettle, bring enough water to a boil to cover lobster tails. Add 1 tbsp salt, if desired, per quart of water. Place thawed tails in boiling water. When water returns to a boil, reduce heat and simmer (do not boil), covered, 5 min and remove from water and let cool to remove meat.
