I know what you’re thinking, Crafting With Tape Without the Sticky Hassle is practically impossible! I admit, I believed this, too…but not anymore!
My girl, Wonder Woman, is obsessed with arts and crafts. She could sit all day and color or create things. I love it! She was thrilled when we were offered Duct Tape Mania for her to craft from. It’s chuck full of crafts, decor items and even hair accessories she can make using Duct Tape. We were eager to get going on some projects together…but soon got frustrated with cutting the tape. Such a sticky mess!
I had some pretty good crafting scissors, but we were dealing with the picture on the bottom of this:
Ya, a total sticky mess! Our days of crafting with tape seemed done for…until I got to try out Fiskars special tape scissors! My, oh, My they’re fabulous! Just look at those cleans cuts in the top photo….yup, smooth and didn’t have to fight with them at all! There’s a large pair for doing smooth, straight, long cuts to your tape, then a smaller pair for really clean-cut details. Yup, you can cut out DETAILS with your Duct Tape…imagine that!
We were again able to attempt the fun crafts in Duct Tape Mania, and this time were having a blast with the neat projects! Wonder Woman made so many of these little bow clips so she could share with her friends.
I loved this darling, detailed lamp project!
And, of course, we both enjoyed the bracelets.
So if you’re a crafting with tape kinda gal (or guy!), you really should try Fiskars Duct Tape Scissors for yourself. It’ll take so much stress out of your projects, and give you the neat details you’re hoping for!
Along with Duct Tape Mania, be sure to check out her other book Rubber Band Mania – let your elastic-loving-side out!
