Healthy and Quick Meal Solutions

It’s hot here in Texas – like scorching hot! The last thing I want to do is have my oven on forever heating up my house. That, and I don’t want to spend my summer fun time stuck in the kitchen! I do still want to serve my family delicious, good-for-you dinners, so luckily there’s some Healthy and Quick Meal Solutions to save us ALL some effort this summer!
I love the flexibility of Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Fillets I grabbed at Walmart! They have enough juicy flavor that you can really just pop them in the microwave (YES – they’re microwavable!) and eat them without any further work – or use them in any of your favorite chicken recipes.
If being able to cook your chicken in the microwave for just 5 or so minutes wasn’t amazing enough, Birds Eye Steamfresh® Protein Blends have so many delish choices such as Southwest Style, California Style (featured here), Asian Style or Italian Style!
