Sesame Stir Fry
Stir-fries are easy to make and this Chicken Sesame Stir Fry is no different.
Sesame Stir Fry
Ingredients – Sesame Sauce
1/4 cup Soy Suace
1/4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
2 tbsp. Sesame Oil
2 tsp. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Salt
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
3/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
Ingredients – Stir Fry
2 Chicken Breasts, boneless, Skinless
1 Green Pepper, sliced
1 Red Pepper, sliced
1 Yellow Pepper, sliced
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl until well-blended.
Place the Chicken Breasts, sliced Peppers, and Sauce in a large skillet. Cook, stirring often, until chicken is done (165 Degrees minimum) and vegetables are tender.
Serve over rice or noodles, if desired.
