Has anyone else eaten a pan of brownies in a week – for two weeks in a row? Ya, that’s been me lately! I don’t know if it’s stress, or just a really off body, or what but I’ve been bad about my sweets intake lately. This week I’m trying extra hard to find BALANCE in my eating, by including plenty of healthy meals in our menu. This Healthier Lemon Rosemary Dressing has been great for my lunches!
Oh, and I also downed a tall bottle filled with M&Ms in a day. Ya….really needing to work on my food balance!
Thankfully I’ve been doing better, planning ahead so I can have meals that I’ll actually WANT to eat, but are on the healthier side. It’s all about balance anyway, right? So as long as I eat healthy overall, it’s perfectly fine for me to still have some treats every now and then 🙂
