Make Snack Time Easy with Bunches

I participated in an In-Home Party Activation on behalf of Influence Central for Honey Bunches of Oats Bake at Home. I received product samples to facilitate this post as well as a promotional item to thank me for my participation. #BakingwithBunches

Please tell me my kids aren’t the only ones who seem to live for snack. Seriously, as soon as they’re eating breakfast they begin asking what I have planned for snacks that day! I don’t get it, but I do know that I can’t get away with skimping on their snacks…but with life being so busy, it’s not always simple. Now we all can Make Snack Time Easy with Bunches…Honey Bunches of Oats, that is!

Our family has always enjoyed the Honey Bunches of Oats cereal, so when I was asked to host a party with their new Honey Bunches of Oats Bake at Home Granola Snackers, I was definitely happy to say yes! My kids know cereal isn’t a snack food (that’s their words, not mine…I totally eat cereal mid-afternoon sometimes), so now that there’s a just-as-delicious option that’s totally easy, it means less work for me!

I had some super cute and fun friends come join the fun for my party, although some were adamant about not being photographed to share. Everyone got some cute little oven mits and chef hats…even some for the kiddos to get their bake on!

They’re made with whole grain rolled oats, crisp rice and wildflower honey, and provide at least 11 grams of whole grain per serving. Not that my kids really care about that, but I do.We all loved that there were multiple flavors to choose from: Honey Oat, Chocolate Chip and Cranberry Vanilla.

You can also mix it up by stirring in other ingredients before baking, such as adding chocolate chips, mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs to the Honey Oat mix for a S’mores snack (this was one of the favorites of the kids). Or we added some walnuts and coconut flakes to the Cranberry Vanilla, which ended up being the adult favorite at the party!

After learning what a hit these were, I think they’re not just great snacks, but perfect for entertaining! I plan to keep some of these kits on hand for a quick and easy option when guests swing by or we suddenly have neighbor kids over playing.
