  • ¼ Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning Adjust To Taste

  • In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients for the dip and refrigerate.

Prep The Pickles

  • Preheat the oil to 375 degrees.
  • Place between 1½ -2" of vegetable oil in a deep frying pan and heat over medium high heat. (if using a deep fryer, follow the instructions)
  • In a medium bowl, mix Flour, Cajun seasoning, Oregano, Basil, Cayenne Pepper, and Salt.
  • You will have to fry the pickles in two batches. the pickle need space and not be overlapping.
  • Coat the pickles with flour mixture and shake off any excess. Add the pickles one at a time to the hot oil.
  • Fry for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove pickles with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towel. Repeat until all the pickles have been cooked.
