How to Reheat Texas Roadhouse Mashed Potatoes:
One of the best ways to reheat mashed potatoes is actually in the oven, these potatoes have quite a bit of dairy in them, so being able to control the temp is key to having them taste like you just made them!
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees
- Add your leftover potatoes to an oven safe dish and cover with a lid or foil.

If you are short on time, there is no shame in using the microwave. I just add a splash of milk and give it a good stir and microwave for a minute and stir and continue until the potatoes are warm. We recommend doing it this way to avoid drying out the potatoes, they need a bit of moisture for the microwave.
How to Store Texas Roadhouse Mashed Potatoes:
Storing these mashed potatoes is super easy, you just need an air tight container and they will keep in the fridge for about 3-5 days.
You can even freeze mashed potatoes! My mind was blown with I figured this out! Store them in an air tight freezer safe container and they are good for a month in the freezer. I use freezer ziplock bags, make the mashed potatoes flat and then I just add them to a casserole dish and reheat in the oven. I sometimes triple this batch so I can do them and have some for one of those busy weeknights.
