I’ve mentioned lately how I’ve really been focusing on becoming more healthy and getting my body strong again. Part of that is making more healthy choices with my diet. Y’all know me, though, and how much I love sweets and treats, right? Needless to say, I’m not going to give them up, but I can still get my dessert fix with this list of Yummy Low Fat Desserts. Becoming healthy may mean a little sacrifice – but not entirely! So go ahead and enjoy a tasty treat every now and then, especially if it’s a good low fat dessert recipe 🙂
Obviously, the chocolate ones are my favorites, but I also would love to indulge on a blueberry protein donut, or maybe a greek yogurt cheesecake. No matter your preference, I’m sure you can find at least something that fits what you’re looking for. Enjoy – guilt free!
